Many thanks to everyone for your help and advice. Thought I would post an update for anyone who is interersted and in case anyone else experiences similar. I contacted Hearst who got back to me to say that it was a payment from a backlogged win from Real People magazine (who, I believe, stopped publishing at the beginning of 2022?). I don't remember being told about a win from Real People, but I did have a baby 6 months ago, so I have had a bit of 'baby brain' for the last year or so between pregnancy and the newborn stage.
Anyways, the news has made my Easter break and has come just in time for our first family holiday next month.
