Quick update on this. HMRC said they would issue any refund due for the previous tax year after my P11D was received. Said P11D was submitted about 6 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since.
Any idea how long this process may take? I was waiting in HMRC queue for over an hour earlier before it cut me off.0 -
How how long it takes depends on how many cases are in front of you in the queue and how many case workers are available to work them. There will be staff on holiday at present.1
