Notice of Disclaimer on HP car

Hello everyone and thank You for all support received so far.

This my another post regarding my Car on HP during bankruptcy.

I received today Notice of Disclaimer 
Where OR state " disclaim all my interest in hire purchase agreement .... " 

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I understand that OR letting me to keep car and have no interest in claiming it towards bankruptcy estate ???

Yes that's what it means.

If I said that wouldn't happen earlier then I was wrong, and pleased to be wrong.

Thank You for confirming, and big thank You for anyone who helped with advice.

I'm really pleased with outcome of mine case, I can say now that myself as mine family we can finally start to recover from difficult situation we have been for years now.
