Specsavers - Pupillary Distance (PD)

I had an eye test at Specsavers today, but see that the prescription I was given does not include the pupillary distance. On their website:
https://www.specsavers.co.uk/glasses/buyers-guide/how-to-measure-your-pupillary-distance
they say "If you have a prescription with us, you can always give your store a call to ask for your pupillary distance measurement".
Does this mean that they will have measured it during the eye test (and so will be able to tell me the value over the phone), or that they'll need me to visit the store again to measure it?
I'm aware that I could measure it myself, but I presume their measurement is likely (hopefully!) to be more accurate.

Choosing glasses they do but not before, for me anyway0 -
As far as I understand they measure it during dispensing of glasses, not during the eye test.Stompa said:I had an eye test at Specsavers today, but see that the prescription I was given does not include the pupillary distance. On their website:

I actually did this myself a few months ago and they asked me to come in to have it measured - but the guy did one manual measurement and then after I remarked something about my glasses I had from them, he looked on my records and his measurement was 1mm out. My glasses are perfect so I went with the one on my records. So I'm confused why they asked me to come in when they could have just told me over the phone …0
