To all those that use slice the pie

joined up last night have reviewed 66 so far and only earned £1.98 and only have 1 star any ideas how i can boost this up?
also what kind of reviews do you lot write, i find it hard to review properly usually just 1 or 2 sentances.

I think you may need to aim for more than 1 or 2 sentences. I normally write at least four or five. I try to cover positives, negatives, ways the song could be improved, how I reacted to it.

Zoe keep reviewing youll get more stars eventually although it can seem hard going when your reviewing for just 3p per track (if you have any other questions either people that are still around will help or i'll catch up on the thread tomorrow)


I'm actually off to be now made my £13.00 tonight i should have carried on because its unlucky lol but i was getting reviewers fatigue bleh

anyway am back to work tomorrow but will be keeping up to date on the thread and will let you know if i get a reply from the moderator

Tonight I'm actually getting quite a few good or at least interesting tracks, CoPilot effect stood out as good, I like Kill Cartel, Snail Male and if you like the truely wierd and wonderful, I was taken with a bizarre and badly recorded track called "need to know" by Urgent despatch - Its so fantastically awfull that its actually good. If this was recorded properly I'd probably buy it for my "So bad they're good" collection. Wont tip it though.

No funny ones yet, hope I come accross them soon.

right i'm giving up for tonight, my pc isn't happy and i have the feeling it's going to die soon, grr!!
anyho, norfolk jim i've just reviewed urgent dispatch too, think my review did actually contain the words 'oh dear'. but judging by my last track of the night there is worse to be had (this one classed it's genre as 'holiday' certainly wasn't a fortnight in the carribean i can tell you that!!!)

I think Urgent Dispatch are an aquired taste - you need to have a bit of a twisted personality and enjoy music that it so bad its good, LOL:rotfl:

I did a bit more today. I'm only up to about £1.50 but it'll work its way up. I can't understand how some of you have the patience to do more than 20-30 tracks in one sitting.
