A couple of weeks ago Martin Lewis had an independant pension expert on the show. I would like to get in contact with someone who has expertise in QROPS.

What do you need to know this for? Will you move to another country? If yes, your first step might be to look on the list of QROPS and contact the QROPS that'd be available to you to check whether they'd even accept the transfer (reasons for not accepting the transfer my be that they are workplace schemes or that your pot is too small or that you have only a few years till retirement).
