NatWest increases overpayment allowance to 20 % without incurring an ERC. The overpayment allowance which has increased from 10% will renew annually on the anniversary of the product draw down.

I just found this out today when I logged in to manage my mortgage so I thought I would mention it here in case anyone might benefit from knowing about the greater flexibility now available.
