Has anyone on here ever renewed their mortgage deal with platform?
My mortgage deal with platform ends in August, but no matter what I do platform will not pick up the phone when I ring them.
I've tried to start the process on-line but the site will not accept my account number.
I will use the account number given as an example in their faq book.
01-05-02 12345678.
It will not let me put in the full number and it will not recognize the number if I don't use the 01-05-02.
And you can't use - anyway.

So I'm just wondering how anyone on here managed to get a re mortgage with them, and how you did it.
I don't want to spend £££ on mortgage advisors simply because platform will not talk to me.
