Asking for a pay rise?

Hey all, Hope you are well having a good weekend 😊
So this is first for me in terms of asking for a pay rise, previous roles have usually had an annual rise etc, where as my current place doesn't.
I'm currently a supervisor and looking to be promoted hopefully within the next year or two of work continues as it is, ive been here about a year now and in that time found new contacts and work off my own back, which did get a nice thank you letter off the director.
Everyone here is on different money and some are on hourly and some are salaried, and I'm unsure if we get a performance review as so far I think only contract managers and above receive this.
Any advice on how to go about it?
Thank you

Start by asking this question of your manager, and make sure you include words to the effect that 'are salary reviews are tied in to performance reviews? If not, how and when are salaries reviewed?'.StevenB12 said:Hey all, Hope you are well having a good weekend 😊

Thank youGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -
Ask for your role to be benchmarked. Although with only a year of employment doubt you'll get a significant payrise.1
