Know If These Opticians Are a Reputable Company

Reason I ask is I placed an order 2 weeks ago for some sunglasses and was told that they would have them within 2 days, then it was a week, then it was by Monday just gone. I still dont have any sunglasses.

So has anyone used them before or live in Folkstone who knows them and their reputation?

Please contact site91 with a matter of urgency. You have made allegations that we know nothing about and so cannot defend. If what you say is true you can have the sunglasses FOC.
Please call customer services 10am - 5pm Mon to Friday.

site91.com have the cheapest Oakley eyewear on the internet, all products are despatched the same day if in stock. We have sold 600 pairs of Oakley sunglasses via the Internet in the last 4 months and the average delivery time was 4 working days.
We really do our best and could do with some support from some of our satisfied customers.

Michael, while it is admirable of you to sign up to answer SilentBob and sort out his problems any advertising should be done on the Referral Board.

Not I might add that you are advertising on this thread and you are at liberty to post answering his query.

Why don't you post in the Referral Board giving your website just to keep to the MSE guidlines and rules.

We have located the problem will be in touch with the customer tomorrow and I am sure he will be happy with the outcome.

I'd like to give a big to Michael for sorting out the problems with the order I placed for some Oakley Sunglasses and case.

Basically my order was 2 weeks late and hi-lighted some problems with their system.

Great customer service has ensued and I've been sent the sunglasses and case free of charge!!! Thats £123.50 worth of product.

If only all customer service was like this when things go wrong.

Therefore I can only recommend Michaels site as both the cheapest place on the net in the UK for sunglasses but for cracking customer service too.

I also have a problem. I ordered some glasses on 23rd July (15 working days ago) but my order still says processing on the website. I called and spoke to a girl on the phone who said they would arrive within 14 working days, as in the email.

Optical/sunglass frames with prescription lenses can take up to 14 working days but are normally quicker. Longer delivery times you will be notified by phone or email and in the tracking section.
If your item is out of stock, recently discontinued or we have trouble processing your payment we will contact you within 24 hours

Can anyone help me as I am emigrating in a week and need the glasses asap or they are worthless to me.

You"re cynical lol! I really do need the glasses. Found this thread on google and was hoping it would speed up the delivery of my glasses as I now only have 2 working days left in England before I emigrate (to China).
I"m new so please be kind..
