FTM buyer mortgage application via Atom. Just wondering how long conveyancer takes. My app says application under conveyancer just want to know everyone’s timescale for this year if anyone is on the same boat 🥴

Mine was pretty quick from atoms side from the underwriters. (2 weeks)

The conveyancing was slow because of the solicitors.

I have an application in with Atom - mine went to conveyancer on the 16th. I sent a signed document over to them the following week. Waiting on mortgage offer at the moment, valuation was returned on the 24th and still waiting!
