So recently gone to a mortgage broker

    They may cross reference them with the new AIP/Application.

    Cross referencing? Yes. Not specifically with Nationwide though.

    It would have been better to use the affordability calculator.
    Tell your broker, they can check it with their account manager - they may not even go with nationwide if they are not the cheapest/best option.
