Artificial Snow?

My friend and I were talking yesterday and she said her daughter has asked Santa for a bit of snow from the North Pole.
I told her i'd seen on the morning news this week (i think it was BBC Breakfast News) an article about personal shoppers. The personal shopper interviewed mentioned 'artificial snow' that you could buy in a small box...you add water and it turns into snow.
I can't find on their website the article and i'd love to be able to tell her where to buy it. I thought it was Debenhams but i can't find it on their website either.
Can anyone help?

It's sometimes called Magic Snow as well; we bought some last year with Reindeer hoofprints ... the boys loved it, it really did look and feel like the real thing! Told them that because it came from the North Pole, and it is so much colder up there, then it lasted longer than stuff near us ...That's Numberwang!0

I saw it yesterday, it was being demonstrated on those tvs they have playing in there.
You can buy it in a small tube from £2.99 to £9.99 for a tub and when you add water it expands 100 times, looked cool!!
