Could new piping save money?

Options
So

I've got microbore pipework, and I've seen that replacing radiators does indeed mean you spend less on the new ones, at least in pure running costs

Though I'm not sure if that'd be the same for pipework?

I will probably want to replace my pipework anyway, because microbore CAN work with a heat pump, but it isn't exactly preferred

I'm currently using a combi boiler fwiw, with no water tank
