I have been reading all the articles about people buying extra NI contributions but i am the opposite,  i have 39 years paid full and still got about 12 years to work. How do I benefit from paying more? Or can I stop paying NI?

Your National Insurance contributions are paid into a fund, from which some state benefits are paid.

This includes the state pension, statutory sick pay or maternity leave, or entitlement to additional unemployment benefits.

What is shown as estimate to 5/4/22?

Of course you can.  Just reduce your hours until you earn £123/week or less and you won't need to pay any NI.
