Without knowing what you want to study it's difficult to answer. But, if it's basic IT skills then you may find that your Local Authority offers such classes, and they may well schedule some in evenings (and I'd have thought it would have to be done in a classroom). Here's what my LA (Birmingham) has in the way of IT training https://www.learnbaes.ac.uk/subjects/computers-accounts-and-businessFor anything at a higher level, such as learning a programming language, I'd suggest checking with your local further education colleges, who are a likely source of such courses.2

As SiliconChip suggests, above, what about your local college? There must be one as most towns/cities have them. You could google to find the details and then contact them - email or phone - and ask them to send you a prospectus.
You could also just do a general google to see what courses are available in your area. Our council does offer free IT courses but they're basic and I don't think they operate in the evening.
Is the info in the following link of any use - https://skillsforlife.campaign.gov.uk/
I hope you find what you're looking for - good luck with it all. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Maybe, just possibly, call me crazy but... it may be a good idea to say where in the world you want the in person class to be? If you dont care where then there is another amazing place in Singapore0 -

Had you read the OP's post made 4 hours before yours you'd see that their location is probably Berkshire (although it would have been useful to have known that from the start).
