Valued Opinions not paying for completed surveys

I've been doing surveys with Valued Opinions. I qualify (some of the surveys tell me I have), I complete the survey (the percentage bar reaches 100% or the survey tells me that is the end and simply click to finish), then I'm taken back to Valued Opinions which tells me I didn't qualify or they've had enough responses or had enough similar responses. It's happening a lot lately and I'm wasting my time. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have had this a few times as well - very frustrating, and also have it happen on their sister site - opinion outpost.
I have also had them not offer me any surveys for a month towards the end of last year. After I put a bad review of them on trust pilot, then I started receiving surveys again as normal!0
