I’m unable to verify my new Gov Gateway. It says it doesn’t recognise/match my details. I don’t see why because yesterday I managed to speak to someone in Self Assessment Dept (all be it the wrong dept!!) and I verified all my details with them!!! 
My previous ID has been deleted!
PS trying to identify my NI gap 

I don’t know who to call as the Helpdesk doesn’t help with access? 

currently on phone to Future State Pension 🤷‍♀️ 
Can anyone guide me please? 🙏🙏
