Bringing partner to the UK

Hi

A senior partner (Scottish) at my organisation is wanting to apply for a VISA to bring his Polish partner and her daughter over to England. He is searching for any companies that help guide applicants through the VISA application process. Has anyone got any experience of such organisations? Any you would recommend?

Are you using Partner in two different contexts? A senior partner wants to bring their partner? 

Do they have problems meeting the normal requirements or is it plain sailing?

Dealt with the immigration myself, it was a relatively straightforward case and having known others use budget lawyers they had more hassles than we did. 

If you've got problems because their not married and havent been living together or the partner cannot prove their language skills etc then a professional may be of assistance

It's not particularly difficult to DIY, unless their is something unusual about the relationship
