Wallet.  Coins in my pocket.  And I still have a piggy bank.  Which is actually pig shaped.

I use my phone (android) now most of the time, but if I'm any significant distance from home I feel a bit 'exposed' if I don't have my cards in my wallet with me as backup. Why? Because on a couple of occasions- once when I was over 70 miles from home- the phone payment just wouldn't work. This was paying for a meal in a chain restaurant. Every other transaction before and after worked, but for some reason not here. Other customers were paying ok... Eventually I managed to pay via long-winded system they had setup for paypal payments. But that scared me enough to consider it too risky to not have my wallet on me somewhere. Anyway, it's all a bit 'eggs in one basket' for me to only have one method of payment on me. What if the phone crashes/runs out of power/network goes down, etc, etc?
