Wallet. Coins in my pocket. And I still have a piggy bank. I use my phone (android) now most of the time, but if I'm any significant distance from home I feel a bit 'exposed' if I don't have my cards in my wallet with me as backup. Why? Because on a couple of occasions- once when I was over 70 miles from home- the phone payment just wouldn't work. This was paying for a meal in a chain restaurant. Every other transaction before and after worked, but for some reason not here. Other customers were paying ok... Eventually I managed to pay via long-winded system they had setup for paypal payments. But that scared me enough to consider it too risky to not have my wallet on me somewhere. Anyway, it's all a bit 'eggs in one basket' for me to only have one method of payment on me. What if the phone crashes/runs out of power/network goes down, etc, etc?0

I never got why would a man wear a purse. You either take a backpack if you need to carry a lot of stuff or you have a wallet that holds things you need the most. If you get a good wallet, it can last you for years and it's worth paying more for that.I'm replacing my wallet and I'm in the search for the best one I can find. I almost bought one from Ted Baker, but I saw an ad for wallets from Von Baer and It got me thinking. From the info I got on their website and the online reviews, the stuff they offer is of the best quality. I'm still not sure what to get, but I like the ones from Von Baer more.0
