RULES 

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [Smoothradio.com] apply to [Magna Easter Promotion]  ("the Competition") which will run from [27th March]  to [5th April] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Smooth East Midlands]

Details of the Competition:

Annual Pass to be claimed between 6th and 16th April 2023

Annual pass is only valid for Magna for up to 2 adults and 2 children 

The annual pass is not transferrable or refundable

Cannot be used with any other offer or voucher

Includes entry to Magna Science Adventure Centre, Sci-Tek adventure playground and Aqua-Tek splash park (seasonal and weather permitting) for 12 months (subject to opening times)

Pass is not valid for entry into any Magna Events.

You need to take your voucher (provided by Magna) with you to Magna, this can be a printed copy, as an email or on your phone. Magna reception staff will check your details and issue entry wristbands for your family.

MEL Subscription for 12 months. Experiment kits will be delivered monthly to your home.

CCUK hold no responsibility for the delivery of MEL science kits.

 

 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event. 

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

The winner will have 2 days to accept the prize via phone or email before entry is deemed void and another winner will be selected. The first winner will not get a consolation prize if the 2 days have passed.
