Persons connected with Wensleydale Creamery or any other prize draw sponsors are ineligible. This is a Free Draw and the winner will be drawn randomly by computer. No alternative prize will be offered. Valid emails must be entered plus a contact number to validate the winner. The winner will be posted on the site. Strictly one entry per person and duplicate entries will be cancelled.

1.    Prize

The prize is one Wensleydale Creamery Easter Bundle. This includes:

x2 Yorkshire Wensleydale Waxed Cheese Truckle 200g

x2 Yorkshire Butter 250g

x1 Cartwright & Butler Mini Chocolate Easter Eggs 

x1 Cartwright & Butler Easter Biscuits in a Tin

There will be 1 winner. The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value. No cash substitution shall be permitted.

3.    How to participate

In order to enter this Competition, you must:

a) Enter your email address into the form and accept the disclaimer

Entries that do not comply with these requirements will be void and will not be entered into this Competition. You may enter this Competition a maximum of 1 time. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

4.    Restrictions and requirements

This Competition is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, their agents or anyone directly connected with the Competition. 

5.    Closing date

The closing date for receipt of entries is Monday 3rd April at 23:59pm. Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this Competition.

6.    Selection of a winner

The winner will be selected by a random generator from the valid entries received during the Competition period. 

7.    Notification and announcement of the winner

The Promoter will notify the winner via email from an official Wensleydale Creamery email account within 5 days from the closing date. The Promoter shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The winner will then have 72 hours to confirm that they have received the message and provide an address where they would like their prize posted to. If the winner doesn’t respond within 72 hours a new winner will be selected from the original entrants, via the random generator. Once the selected winner responds to the message the winner will be announced via email from an official Wensleydale Creamery email account. Wensleydale Creamery shall have no liability for the winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The prize will be shipped within 10 business days of claim by the winner. If you do not want your name to be announced, please let us know. Please note, if requested by the Advertising Standards Authority we will need to provide your name.

8.    Use of personal data

Your personal data will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions to administer the Competition and contact the winner, please see our privacy policy for further information.

9.    Liability

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss arising from this Competition, save to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
