Okay so the broker has come back with a rate of 4.43 on a 5 year fix as I just wanted the security of stable payments for the next few years and don’t plan on moving. Said the lender was virgin money (hope they are good 😅). Said is finishing early today but will proceed with the AIP tomorrow morning so fingers crossed!0
