Win a luxury holiday to the Seychelles

By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest rules at any time.

Employees of Crew Clothing Co., or any company involved in the contest or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter the contest.

This contest is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Travel and day expenses are not included in the promotion.

There is no purchase requirement to enter the contest.

To enter participants must visit the contest page at https://www.crewclothing.co.uk/win-a-dream-holiday-to-the-seychelles/ submit their details and provide the information on the entry form (including email address, first name and last name).

The contest gives participants the chance to win a seven night stay at the Constance Ephelia 5-star resort on a half-board basis, return economy flights, £150 per person travel insurance and a £500 Crew Clothing wardrobe.

The flights will be provided by Seychelles Tourism. They will be two return economy class flights from the UK and are valid for one year, excluding peak periods (Easter, Christmas, New Year). The flights are to be booked a minimum of two months in advance of departure and are subject to availability of flights and routes on specific dates/periods. They are non-transferable, exchangeable or refundable.

The contest will run from 27th March-5th June. There will be one prize to win. The winners will be notified by Crew Clothing via email.
The winners will be the winners drawn from all valid entries after the closing date and notified by email and the winner has 14 days to respond before an alternative winner is chosen.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If a potential winner is unable to accept the prize, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
Crew Clothing Co., and all partners involved cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the contest or as a result of accepting any prize.

The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements.

Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Co., and any other partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.

The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Co. reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity for their own purposes. Photos may be used in print, press and online.
Crew Clothing Co. judges’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into in relation to disputed results. Only one entry is allowed per person. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post.

Illegible entries or those not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified; by entering the contest, contestants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement.

Staysure Travel Insurance

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This prize may be used to purchase any new Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip Staysure Travel Insurance policy. Prize may be used for full or part payment of a new travel insurance policy. There is no refund of any sorts for policies of less than £150 per person.
For higher quotes of more than £150 per person the offer will only cover the first £150 of your premium. Prize is not refundable if lost or stolen. Prize is not transferable and may not be sold on. Prize is the property of Staysure Travel Insurance and has no cash value.
If a cancellation voucher has been issued but not used prior to the expiry of your voucher (36 months), we will apply an administration and maintenance fee which may be up to, but not exceeding, the value of the voucher.
