Who makes CRUNCHY pickled onions?

I've not managed to make any of my own this year - and now I find to my horror that all the makes I can buy in the shops seem to be dire in their mushyness.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a brand of genuinely crunchy pickled onion? For me, this is a festive must!

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -
