We only fixed for 2 years in Sept 21 🫣. At the time we had defaults across both applicants. Now looking at options for remortgage as we’re with Precise the reversion rate is 4.70 + BBR so really high!

No more credit issues or missed payments - defaults now only on 1 applicant (they reach 6 years in 2024).
Looking for a broker to help us lock in a new 3 year fixed deal.

@kingstreet likely to be able to point in the right directionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
