It's the client's asset.
I wouldn't want to be 100% on it but almost certainly the OR will sell this for the benefit of the estate.
Less the cost of the outstanding finance
Less the cost of a replacement (maybe)
Less agent fees which were £250 minimum when I left the OR so will have increased since then
