Hi , I do not receive the full state pension as I have gaps in my contribution years, even though I am over state pension age and drawing my UK state pension , can I still buy the extra years to top up my pension, or does the offer  I have seen , only apply to people not yet drawing their  pension

Yes you may be able to but the devil is in the detail as they say.  Which years are showing as gaps, pre 2016 years may not add to your pension.  Post up a few details and someone will help

Were you in a contracted out pension scheme
Years which show not full and prices

Also do you get pension credit and the associated benefits?  Would paying to get extra state pension take you  out of entitlement?

Hi I am currently getting £179.98 per week
I have 43 full years to 05/04/2016
I have 3 full year then to 05/04/2019
I reached state retirement date in 2019/2020
my missing years are 2013/2014, 2014/2015,2015/2016
do not know how to check which years I was contracted out for
I do Not get any other benefits

With in excess of 35 pre 2016 years held you cannot add any more and have no post 2016 gaps to fill so cannot increase your pension.  Did you purchase those 3 post 2016 years ?
