PAYG charges levelled

So thats a great result and its interesting to see how some energy companies are now promoting PAYG meters as an optiontional method of payment for supply.
I pay my bill monthly by card payment. I would now like to see users like me charged at a level rate too. We pay a premium on each unit used for this I believe this should be looked at and levelled too.
