just went into get these crackers...3 packs marked down to £5 but the Free item still comes off as £9.50.Brilliant...managed to get 3 boxes for just ova a fiver.Hope this makes sense.

Yep, I work at M&S and 3 boxes go through at £5.50. This will work today and tomorrow.

Thanks to Op. Got these in the Cleveleys store this morning. 3 boxes for £5.50. The girl on Checkout says they are aware of the glitch as it should have been 3 boxes for £10 at the reduced price.
They have some nice gifts in them.

Just got back from buying these and they have got a subtotal of £28.50 minus the free pack which takes £9.50,then £4.50 is taken off each pack even the free pack which makes the 3 packs £5.50,Bargain!

I got these also, the staff were very friendly and helpful in pointing this glitch out to me, i was about to buy 1 box for £5! Means i won't be as tight with the crackers this year!!
