Overdales payment plan.

In debt and have Overdales threatening bailiffs action. In their letter it say you can log onto our site and set up an affordable payment plan. So I did their income and expenses form. Showed I was in the red each month. Then went on to offer payment of £5 a month. Their form will not let me put in less than £10 a month. And first payment of £14.95. They preach they are on your side here to help blah blah. I’ve emailed them 3 days ago had no reply. I don’t want to call as don’t want them to have my phone number.

Is there a ccj on this?
If not, they can't appoint bailiffs.
If they give you their account details, you can set up a s/o for £5 - if that's really what you want to do.0 -
Yes CCJ was put on it in 2020.But as I was part time self employed at the time court threw it out as I didn’t know at the time self employment is not guaranteed wages. So 3 years later this is their next step.0

If they appoint bailiffs you can suspend the warrant and vary the order to pay £5 using an N245
