PureGym discount code & Sign-up

Hi. So I got a PureGym discount code for "No joining fee". But when I try and join online and apply the code nothing happens and I am not given the discount.
Though at the same time I do not get a "voucher not valid" message or similar.
To anyone that has signed up with a discount code, is this normal. I am unsure of if the discount code is not valid any more or whether there is perhaps something in my browser stopping this. On every other website I have used I have always received a discount error message or similar.
For clarity I am signing up from their main Pure Gym website.
Though at the same time I do not get a "voucher not valid" message or similar.
