Swagbucks - can't even sign up!

I saw the Swagbucks sign up offer in this week's newsletter, so thought I'd give it a try.
Won't let me sign up as it says my email address is "invalid". Works for every other site without issue. After spending too long trying to work out how to contact them, I managed to send them a message, only to be told they've be in touch "within 30 days". Haha. Maybe I'll pass.

I saw the offer and signed up too but, it requires a ‘zip code’ (won’t accept U.K. postcodes) and everything is in 🇺🇸 dollars.
seems totally pointless to me!
