I have never been online on HMRC. I now realise that if you are a sole trader, then you aren’t registered with companies house. My payslip is the same name as the company I work for, without the Ltd. So I think the company is dormant to protect the company name but my boss operates as a sole trader.I’m definitely going to check online with HMRC though, as my boss has also failed to set up a worked based pension for me, even though I upped my hours last year and now earn enough to be eligible for one. Many thanks for all your help everyone.0
