I've never done postal entries for comps where you usually have to pay was wondering if people here tend to bother with them and if you've had any luck?? Thanks xxx

used to but with stamps going up and up have stopped all postals apart from 5 crosswords on a Sunday3

I always use the postal ‘free’ entry if that is alternative to a £2 text. Only won a prize under £100 that way but live in hope.2

I do the TNS Royal Mail surveys which send out first-class stamps each month, and use those to enter some postal competitions. The surveys finish this month though, and not prepared to spend money on buying them to send postcard entries.
While I've been entering them never won a thing2 -

I used to enter a lot more, but just a few each week, newspaper crosswords mostly.Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none.

The initial comms from them look like it might be more complicated - if it ends up being too much of a faff, I'll drop out
And yes, the stamps are very handy !!Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20101 -
I have moved to Spectos from Kantar for stamps but since signing up and having some welcome stamps in Dec, not heard anything from them. I miss my monthly stamps for comps.0

I used to enter by post many years ago and stopped due to the cost, however, I have some stamps which I want to use up since I don't write many letters and have searched my home and found quite a few booklets of Christmas stamps and some first and second.0
