Skipton BS - approved subject to valuation?

Hello, I was just wondering if Skipton does the above?

Our broker submitted our application on 14/03. The next day, Skipton requested my and my husband’s current P60s. Then on 17/03, our broker advised that our application was going through the underwriting process and they had requested for our personal bank statements showing our salaries being credited.

Our broker emailed today to say that our documents have been approved and just awaiting the valuation documents to be reviewed.

We’ve asked our broker if this means an offer is subject to valuation. But I’m just being impatient/anxious so wanted to see if anyone had this with Skipton before?

Thanks!

Yes, sounds like it’s been signed off subject to satisfactory valuation.
