Hiya,
My dogs are insured with Agria and I have never had an issues with them. I did have to claim after one of my dogs had a series of X-rays. Agria were happy to work with the vets and the claim was paid quickly with no issues.

Every year they email the new documents and include a £25 voucher to help with the cost of the annual booster. Yes the premium goes up every year but I am happy to pay it and don’t feel it’s extortionate. 

For my two dogs (7 and 10ish), and having claimed for one, I am paying just over £74 a month. This might sound a lot but I know I would pay more with other insurers. 

It was so easy to insure my dogs. Unlike Petplan who wanted to exclude, unfairly, a lot of things for my older dog. Agria had no issues and as a result I have stayed with them. It gives me piece of mind that I have excellent insurance should anything ever happen.
