Can't contact customer services

I can't sign into my account because my mobile number that's used for 2-factor authentication has changed. According to the Ebay help pages, you need to call customer services to change your mobile number but, when I try doing this, I just get a recorded message directing me to the help pages on their website follow by the call hanging up.
Is there any way of contacting them? I'm just going round in circles at the moment. It doesn't help that many of the links on their website redirect you to the login page, which is entirely unhelpful when you can't log in!

The "Contact us" link finally started offering me an online chat option and I was able to request a call back. All sorted now.1
