Question for the OP, as well as the gifts to your partner have you been fully using your own ISA allowance on top of those gifts?0

Thank you all for your comments - making me comfier about the legalities, and clarifying the £3000 is IHT related only.
I have been using my own ISA allowance to the max.
We are now getting married in mid-2023 so the IHT question will be closed (thank you for the comments)
LPA & updating our current will, to follow the wedding.
I cannot add to the DB pension - but I am now investigating AVCs & adding more to my much smaller Company DC pension
