What agencies can apply for a DRO for an applicant?
They have a Stepchange personal plan, sent it to Moneywellness a month ago who have not been contactable (hours spent on phone)

Hi, If a personal plan has been sent to Moneywellness on your behalf, then it may not be possible to apply again for a DRO because it appears, from what you say, that the process has already been started via StepChange.
If you can't get through to Moneywellness to discuss this then it would be a good idea to phone StepChange, who should be able to help. In my experience - I used them in the past - they are always willing to help.
It will only confuse matters if you try to apply again via a different intermediary.
All the best, hope that is helpful. It is what I would do in a similar situation. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. That's the Money and Pensions Service for you.
The question now is whether MaPS can be convinced that they have made (another) mistake.
In comparison with other IVA firms I don't think Gregory Pennington are any worse that the others. In fact they may be one of the better ones. But the problem is that in the world of debt advice there are Charities (CA, CAP, Stepchange), non-Charities (Payplan) and definitely not charities (the IVA factories)0 -
Max, maybe the the client could complain formally to their MP?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
