Im disappointed . I shop lidl and Tesco - the two supermarkets our town has. I usually buy the club card deals in tesco doing my main shop in Lidl, and I use the rewards vouchers for the ferry to GB or for hotel stays when we get there if we fly, saves us a fortune ( as long as you dont think about how much i actually spent to get that voucher lol )The eating out/entertainment deals are usless to us, we dont have the participating cinemas or restaurants here0

Yep, plus there were things in Tesco you might want to buy.

Just heard the news that from June 23 these ever will now only be worth double!
Absolutely outrageous.....record profits and increasing cost of living and they do this. Greedy b*&%tArd$.
I've been a loyal clubacrd customer for over 20 years and remember those good old days of vouchers being worth 4 times the value! Sickening really and just greedy if I'm honest.
Before you know it they'll be downgrading again and they'll be worth face value....

I could not be happier with the change and feel it is a much fairer way of rewarding customer loyalty. I have not been able to maximize my Tesco points for many years, either because of health problems or because the services offered are just not available in my area, even though we are not rural so making every day food cheaper when I use my clubcard instead of giving me clubcard points that can only be used at face value is absolutely fantastic great idea, much fairer! It's a shame the delivery rates are so high unless you have a very late slot, it would be nice if they had an option for maximizing clubcard points on delivery, at least that way disabled people can get more benefit from the points.0
