It was only after they sent me their evidence that I noticed the "Customer Service Agreement" clause. It should be made clear to future defenders of Demised parking space claims that they should request the Customer Service Agreement from the Management Agents if they decline to provide it then you should address the director of the Management Agents, who usually signs the agreement.1

This was a multi-PCN case, where BW Legal didn't even state the dates of charges or the allegations, then took the case to the wire then dropped it.
