Hi, I've received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing). It states that I need to submit contact details (e-mail address) by no later than a certain date. It doesnt give me an e-mail address has anyone had to do this before or is this a new procedure?0

Sorry, the Small Claims Track paperwork has asked:
1. By no later that 4pm on 20 November 2024 every party must send the court and the other parties an e-mail address which can be used for service of documents. My question is that they havent given me an e-mail address to send it to, so how should I notify them?0 -

They don't make it easy. I've sent it to an Enquiries e-mail address at the local County Court. You'd think they'd make something straight forward by telling you directly and in no uncertain terms on the Notice of Allocation. Usually, the deadline date for WS submission is 14 days prior to the hearing date. That would mean a hearing on 28/12 (which is a Saturday - won't happen), then you're straight in to the New Year week.Hendolad said:
