Samsung LCD TV Woes

HI All,
Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, please feel free to relocate. Last January we bought a Samsung 32" LCD TV, the sound quality was OK, but we have noticed a general reduction in the quality of the sound with a lot of vibration coming through the television speakers. It is getting to be almost unwatchable.
We bought from dabs.com, and I am awaiting a reply from them. But I wondered if anyone else had such an issue, and whether anyone could offer any advice?

So I guess no one has been having the same problems as myself? I have been trying to get advice from dabs for a few weeks now but they don't return my calls or emails....0
