Remortgaging next available day after 1st July 2023 onto their two year tracker.

Can I effectively then fix a rate with a rate switch date of say 1st January 2024 if I wanted? (secure a fixed rate 6 months ahead of went I want to, for existing customers).

Can I then keep switching products online as and when fixed rates reduce until the rate switch effectively takes place....? Meaning I am always securing the best fixed rate until I actually decide, yes, this is the best rate I am going to get and fix over the next two years on this tracker....

I am confused? You sign up to a product and it's normally coming with product fees and ERCs so you can't keep switching unless you plan to lose lots of money doing this.
When does your current deal end? A product switch is normally only allowed in the last few months of your existing term.

If you are going into a tracker then it will go up and down with base rate so you don't need to do anything. If you want to fix, then once you commit to a rate, that is the rate for that period, you can't keep changing.
