Silly question, but I cannot find it confirmed in any of the press today - but when will the revised pension contribution limit actually start? I am assuming it's starting in the coming new tax year come April 6th 2023 for the full 12 month year through to April 2024?

Get it in while you can.  If the next election results in a labour government this policy may well be scrapped.
