Possible PIP coming my way

If you are being pulled in all directions and having problems prioritising, you need to speak to your line manager. If you do nothing, you certainly won't get to the point where you achieve the required improvement. It's good that you have achieved all the other improvements.
My wife had a similar situation where she worked. She did admin work for 3 managers but one tried to hog about 70% of her time, including dumping work onto her which fell way outside her job description. The problem manager was actually her line manager, and that did make things very difficult. Understandably, the other people she was supposed to do work for weren't happy. That ended up with HR, and her reporting line changing.
On the general subject of prioritising, have you ever been given guidance on how to prioritise? It isn't on the basis of who shouts loudest, unless that is your manager😀 If you haven't, it is something to use as leverage with your manager. This may help

Hi everybody,
I was due to have a closing meeting last Wednesday, but they haven't have it yet - nothing has been said and no re-arranged meeting has been set yet. This has happened a few times now - they will set a meeting, but then it'll be left a week or so until it is arranged.
It does seem like I've met all the criteria and nothing further will happen in this regard, but I shall have to wait and see.
Once I know the outcome, I'll send a final post on here letting you know the outcome, but it seems the PIP will come to an end (or so I hope!).
Thanks for your posts so far,

Hi again,
PIP comes to an end today; my manager did say "We'll end it today for the time being." Hand on a second - for the time being? I pushed back and she changed her mind and said it'll be brought to a close today.
I think we'll have a proper meeting about it but seems it's now closed.
Thanks for your advice here,
