Advice with egg loan

hi,
I have just checked on egg bank to see my egg card has been wiped over £4000 gone balance at £0.00,but the loan i had with them is still at the same amount does this sound right or is it the norm.
any advice would help.

Hi lisa,

Probably due to it being a different department. When did you declare bankruptcy? I had a card and loan with the same company and the credit card was marked as satisfied on my CRF but not the loan. I wrote to them and pointed it out and it was done within a week or so; well they said it would be; I haven't got round to checking the file to confirm.

It does seem to be more of an art than a science.:rolleyes: :rolleyes:
