Octopus Outgoing and bill delays

So we had our PV system installed in the middle last October and had the export MPAN and the "Outgoing Octopus 12M Fixed" tariff in place for the start of November.
Octopus started showing the export payments on the bill starting with Decembers - although I had to get them to issue a separate backdated bill in February to cover November.
Since the export started appearing though, every bill has been delayed (compared to all the bills prior) and the 'Bills & Payments' section of the app says 'Some charges haven't been confirmed yet - your balance may be temporarily incorrect as some transactions on your account are being manually reviewed'
It's not really a problem, but is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else? I asked them about it the first time It happened in January, and they just issued the bill manually but didn't elaborate. I assumed it was down to the cap changes but it keeps happening.

I also had to prod Octopus to manually issue an export bill/ credit in February to cover since the October bill. (It was disappointingly low!)
I had assumed it was because I had an outstanding issue with my smart meter. I don't believe I have had this issue before in nearly 2 years of exporting.4.3kW PV, 3.6kW inverter. Octopus Agile import, gas Tracker. Zoe. Ripple x 3. Cheshire1 -
I generally get gas. electric and export all together on one statement 20th monthly. If I've changed tariffs I've got extra statements which have not always had all 3 showing.Barnsley, South Yorkshire

I switched to Octopus on the 21st April last year. Their system was set to send monthly bills so they took readings on 20th monthly.
I did ask to change to 1st monthly but it got messy, only got electric x 2 on 1st for 1 month, gave a manual gas reading and got bill dated 4th just for that, then all 3 still got billed on 20th as well. I've just left it now and it's reverted back to all on the 20th and 1st has been forgotten.
As I can see calendar month readings on the graphs it doesn't really make much difference which day of the month the bill is produced really.
Planning on changing electric tariff when the clocks change, that might Flux it all up againBarnsley, South Yorkshire

Yeah, I could understand it if I were on Agile, but fixed needs nothing more than the start and end readings. Odd how they manage to bill me for import consistently though. Almost two weeks since February's usage was deducted from my credit balance on the 8th of March.Oddly enough, the meter reading page has the last export 'reading' as the 9th, same as the import readings.

I'm thinking about sending them a bill for my unpaid export tariff, with fees added on top of it's not paid promptly.0

Hi,We have only been with Octopus for our panel export for a few months and have always had our import bill and export amount show at the same time on the App but for the first time it didn’t show at the beginning of this month and after a few days of not showing up I had to call them ( they didn’t respond to my 2 emails asking ) the lady I eventually spoke to sorted the payment instantly and it immediately appeared on our account.
She said that it was unusual and couldn’t explain why it happened.
Cheers
