Hi, I have been approved for a Halifax mortgage and not known to me at the time our mortgage broker put down we would pay off 2 small loans - even though we said we wouldn’t. I have managed to scramble money together to do this & I was just wondering what evidence I need and who to send it to?

What does the condition say? My experience is that the Halifax just trusts you to do it, there's no need to send them evidence.TechM89 said:Hi, I have been approved for a Halifax mortgage and not known to me at the time our mortgage broker put down we would pay off 2 small loans - even though we said we wouldn’t. Well, presumably you'll have some sort of record of paying if necessary? Loan accounts will have statements?0
